Collaboration with the Spanish Association Against Cancer

27 de June de 2019

As part of its activity in Corporate Social Responsibility, Kreston Iberaudit shares the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, promoted by the United Nations to transform our world.

Kreston Iberaudit has decided to join the dissemination of these objectives to contribute to achieve the goals that are expected to reach before 2030. Focusing on “Objective 3: Health and Wellbeing”, the firm has established a partnership with the Spanish Association Against cancer.

This agreement also includes the participation of the 300 professionals from the 15 offices of Kreston Iberaudit in the “Solidarity in Business Program: The fight against cancer is a everyone’s business” in which the firm collaborates in the dissemination of messages for the prevention and early detection of cancer, as well as in the promotion of healthy lifestyles among its professionals and also in the business environment of the firm: clients, suppliers, colleagues, relatives, friends, etc.

Francisco Aguilar, partner of Kreston Iberaudit in Malaga, directs the provincial delegation of the Spanish Association Against Cancer of Malaga, which offers medical guidance services, psychological support, social care and support. Aguilar affirmed “AECC in Málaga has been a pioneer in a fundamental aspect for a long time, to provide truthful, contrasted and first-hand information from the best specialists with the objective that no patient feels helpless in the fight against the illness”.

Kreston Iberaudit also collaborates with the AECC through the sponsorship of the V AECC Golf Tournament that was held on June 15, at the facilities of the Real Club Guadalhorce Golf. The objective of this tournament is to raise funds for the maintenance of the 11 floors of the care home that the AECC manages in Malaga for cancer patients and their relatives who travel to Malaga to receive cancer treatment.
