Kreston Iberaudit strengthens its presence in Madrid with the launch of its Legal area

David Olivares Martinez and Pedro Pizá Nerín, cofounders of KPO Legal, have recently joined the Kreston Iberaudit Madrid office with the aim of boosting the new Legal division, which currently offers legal services to companies and individuals.

Both are highly experienced professionals, who have worked in numerous international operations with companies from different sectors such as catering, tourism, real estate, renewables, finance, banking and oil, among others.

David Olivares Martinez, lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in business advisory service, developed his career in national and international companies in the commercial and M&A departments. He provides financial institutions, asset managers, collective investment, investment vehicles, start-ups, foundations, associations and corporate groups with advisory services, both national and international. Apart from that he works with corporate matters, corporate restructuring, contracts, banking, purchase and sale processes of companies and/or assets, due diligence and investment processes and corporate shielding. He is the Secretary of the Board of several business groups. He has been a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Autonomous University of Madrid, a former member of the Advisory Board of the Financial Studies Centre (CEF) and a former member of the Jury of the Financial Studies Centre Awards. He is currently a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

Pedro Pizá Nerín, lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial area, bankruptcy, civil and procedural matters. He specialises in advising both national and international companies in different professional sectors and has on occasions been the Secretary of the Board of Directors. He also specialises in environmental law. He is currently a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

With this new incorporation, the firm consolidates its business expansion plan and strengthens its presence in Madrid, in the office managed by Carlos Montero Santa Engracia, who has stated that “the incorporation of Pedro Pizá and David Olivares will allow us to improve our competitiveness and optimise the services we offer our clients”.
